Basic Qualifications:

Master's Degree in mechanical Engineering, prefered with 2/5 years experience, possibly in global companies with good level of English both Written and Spoken.

Responsibilities:

Managing of the design phase of the ECO process including the implementation of the ECO's coming from other company facilities and involving any product manufactured in Italy. The aim is to maintain the same product configuration across the factories all around the world. This responsibility includes also the knowledge of the ECO main steps progress with the expected dates for its implementation. It is highly recommended that this role includes capabilities to gather information not strictly related to the design but important to provide information to the management in order to take the best decisions
Based on the received initial information (spec list or desired performances), executing the necessary design and analysis tasks (3D model generation or update, analysis, manufacturing drawing preparation, technical documentation updates) using the factory standard tools (CAD system, TMS, FEA SW, Mathcad, Analytix, special spreadsheets, etc.) and design standards and practices (GEP, GES, Qualified Design, etc.)
Following any issues reported in the field or in the production lines, root cause analysis capability in order to prepare the related documentation which will be used to support the following recovery actions
Participation to the Tier 3 product assembly lines daily meetings having a proactive and collaborative approach
When assigned or volunteered, acting as a Quality auditors. Besides the specific aim of this role, this participation will also improve the knowledge of the other factory main processes
Participate to the DFMEA and Risk Assessment discussions providing a valuable support to the integrated team
Managing of the complete product technical documentation set including the following:
3D CAD models
Assembly drawings
Manufacturing drawings
Specification drawing
Schematics
BOM/M&O
Components data sheet
Technical file including calculation/FEA analysis report
Specification sheet
GEAR
Kit aftermarket list
Global cooperation with peers on machines built in multiple sites
Machine improvement project management with global outlook
